  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates included.
  • Exceptions:
    • Custom, personalized, and engraved jewelry is non-returnable.
    • Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Return Shipping
